瓦楞板表層為1.0-1.2mm的鋁板，背面采用0.5mm瓦楞狀的鋼板或鋁質(zhì)材料，采用環(huán)氧樹脂粘結劑粘合，最大強度上保證鋁板之間的粘結強度與均勻復合，通常分為單面瓦楞板與雙面瓦楞板兩種類型。
鋁表面涂層:采用氟碳樹脂涂料，能夠有效抵抗酸雨、空氣污染及紫外光的侵蝕，具有使用時間長、吸附能力強、光澤度好、耐老化、不變色等特點。
表面平整，可以作為大幅裝飾面板而不變形，表面涂層均勻致，易清洗;色彩豐富，隔音、隔熱性能好，具絕佳的防火性能，達到防火A級。
